Jocelyn Scofield is a respected LA-based composer, songwriter, and vocalist. She is known for her expert vocals, memorable melodies, and interesting sonic textures, often combining orchestral and electronic influences. Currently, Scofield is an additional composer, vocal producer and music editor on The Really Loud House (Nickelodeon), composer on upcoming Clayton Cardenas/Mayans M.C. project, and additional composer and scoring mixer on Sago Mini Friends (Apple TV+) and Ada Twist Scientist (Netflix). She is passionate about collaborating with creatives and clients to bring her unique musical voice to their vision. In all her projects, she seeks to create music that inspires and emotionally move her listeners.
Previously, Scofield was the composer on Season 2 of the Webby Award-nominated series Black Girl in a Big Dress, scoring mixer and score recordist on Go, Dog, Go! (Netflix), and score supervisor on Snow Day (Nickelodeon).
As a songwriter, Scofield has released multiple albums and singles, garnering over 35 million plays on Spotify and YouTube. She has produced and released dozens of re-invented cover songs, including her somber version of Be My Baby, featured on the hit Fox TV show, So You Think You Can Dance. Her most recent release “Spectrum” is a collaboration with producer/DJ HALO and Deeperlove, and is streaming on all platforms.
As a vocalist, she has lent her voice to a variety of TV/Film productions, including The Grammy’s, American Horror Story, The Ellen Show, Fox’s White Hot Holidays Special, and the score of Suicide Squad and Wonder Park. She has performed with Billie Eilish, Camila Cabello, wil.i.am, John Legend, Patti LaBelle, Mary J. Blige, Echo Society, Women Who Score, and Sunnyland’s DesertX.
To keep herself grounded, Scofield is an active yogi, potter, and hiker. She is incredibly thankful to her fans, friends, and family for supporting her through the years as she continues to create music.
