I had the incredible honor of backing up Billie Eilish at this year’s Grammy Awards. She KILLED in on “The Party’s Over” and won “Best Artist of the Year,” “Best Album of the Year,” “Best Record of the Year,” and “Best Song of the Year.” We aren’t too visible, but me and 23 of the best singers in Los Angeles got to sing with her. What an incredible experience!
Dreams Come True
I am thrilled to be able to sing on one of my idol’s albums. This year, Richard Carpenter of the Carpenters re-recorded the orchestra and choir in many of their hit songs. Growing up my parents had Carpenters records and I used to try my hardest to sound like Karen. It was a dream come true to sing with her voice.

Earlier in 2018, I had the incredible pleasure of singing on the score of a movie called Wonder Park. The animated feature was scored by the very talented Steven Price and stars Jennifer Garner, Mila Kunis, John Oliver, and Kenan Thompson. It will be in theaters March 2019.
My parents used to listen to Herb Albert when I was a kid, so singing for him was an incredible, full circle experience. We recorded at Capitol Studios. Herb was there as well as legendary Ed Schmidt, who ran the session. Dreams do come true.

I was THRILLED to be involved in this project. A fellow singer/songwriter, Kristen Toedtman, was commissioned to write a piece for the hEarth project by Lita Albuquerque. It premiered at Sunnylands near Palm Springs, CA. The project was modern, creative, and very artsy. These are some of the best singers in Los Angeles.

Vocal Solfeggio Frequencies is project focused on meditation and sound healing. Several years ago, Jocelyn began meditating first to music and guided tracks, then to solfeggio frequencies. There were hundreds of solfeggio frequency recordings on Youtube and iTunes, but none used the voice as the instrument. She recorded a version for my own purposes, and later released it on iTunes, Amazon, and Google Play. She was pleasantly surprised that they resonated with people and created several with different frequencies. The […]
