Jocelyn Scofield is a respected LA-based composer, songwriter, and vocalist known for her expert vocals, memorable melodies, and unique sonic textures that blend orchestral and electronic influences. Her work spans television, film, and digital media, with credits including The Really Loud House (Nickelodeon), Sago Mini Friends (Apple TV+), Ada Twist Scientist (Netflix), and She’ll Be Back, an upcoming project from Clayton Cardenas (Mayans M.C.). She is passionate about collaborating with creatives to bring their vision to life, using music as a tool to inspire and emotionally move audiences.
Previously, Scofield was the composer on Season 2 of the Webby Award-nominated series Black Girl in a Big Dress, score supervisor on Snow Day (Nickelodeon), and scoring mixer and recordist on Go, Dog, Go! (Netflix). Behind the scenes, she’s served as a vocal producer and music editor on The Really Loud House, Helpsters, and other series—her work can also be heard on the official soundtrack A Musical to Remember.
As a songwriter, Scofield has released multiple albums and singles, garnering over 35 million plays on Spotify and YouTube. She has collaborated with Grammy-winning artists and country songwriters, as well as composed for theatrical productions including The Oreo Experience and the Nebula Awards. Her somber, re-imagined version of “Be My Baby” was featured on So You Think You Can Dance (Fox), and her latest release, Spectrum—a collaboration with HALO and Deeperlove—is currently streaming on all major platforms.
As a vocalist, she has lent her voice to a wide array of productions including The Grammy’s, American Horror Story, The Ellen Show, Suicide Squad, and Wonder Park. She has performed alongside Billie Eilish, Camila Cabello, John Legend, Patti LaBelle, Mary J. Blige, Echo Society, Women Who Score, and at Sunnyland’s DesertX. Her deep experience as a session and live performer continues to inform and elevate her work as a composer and producer.
To stay grounded, Scofield is an active educator, yogi, and hiker. A professional musician throughout her adult life, she credits her ability to pursue this path to the unwavering support of her family, friends, and fans. She remains deeply grateful to be living a life centered around creativity and music.
